GRANT OF LICENSE:
Casino King and Intercontinental Online Gaming Ltd. hereby grants the Player a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable sub-license to use the software for playing in the casino.
Casino King is a Corporation incorporated under the laws of Antigua and Barbuda and is fully licensed and regulated by the laws of that country for the purpose of operating virtual casino gambling on the Internet, under the name: Casino King©, through the application of this software.
Casino King reserves the right to change this agreement from time to time. The Player is responsible for reviewing the web-site, the Terms and Conditions and the help file at least once every month. The Player accepts and agrees to abide by both the terms and conditions of this agreement, as amended from time to time, and the rules of the Casino games.

PLAYER REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES:
The Player is at least 18 years of age or has reached the legal age of maturity in his/her jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

The Player will not allow any third party or person, including and without limitation to any minor, to use his/her account to place wagers or participate in the games in any way.

No more than £10,000, plus the total amount that you have deposited your account in the past 30 days, can be withdrawn per month (maximum of £10,000 in winnings can be withdrawn per month)
If you have played at the Casino for less than 6 months and wish to withdraw winnings totalling £20,000 or more then you will only be permitted to withdraw the money in installments of £5000 per month
The Player is fully responsible for any taxes and fees applicable to winnings resulting from use of the software. If winnings are taxable in the Player’s jurisdiction, the Player is required to keep track and report the winnings to the appropriate authorities.

Casino King reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the players original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the bonus is wagered in Baccarat, Baccarat Live, Craps, Roulette, Roulette Live and Sic Bo before the wagering on allowed games is completed fully, unless specifically stated in the individual bonus terms. Casino King reserves the right to refuse or rescind the Bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, player abuse. In case of abuse, Casino King reserves the right to discontinue player's membership and to prevent the player from accessing Casino King in the future.
You are allowed only one active account per household. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account per household. If you have more than one account per household, all winnings will be void.
